REFUND POLICY

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

info@theRedVelvetBoutique.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Jewelry , handbags, gift cards, or apparel marked 40% or more off. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

We utilize USPS for all of our shipping needs.  There is a $8.00 flat shipping and handling fee.  All orders are typically shipped within 2 business days following the transaction. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include tracking number for your package.  Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. 

All orders over $150.00 receive FREE USPS SHIPPING. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

 

At Red Velvet Boutique 100% satisfaction is our goal.  However, should you not be satisfied with the product you have received you may return for exchange or refund for full priced items within 14 days of receipt.  Please include your invoice. We do not accept merchandise that has been worn, washed, damaged, or soiled. All original tags must be attached.

 

Jewelry, Lingerie, Tights, Special Orders, Gift Cards, and Final Sale items are not returnable and are non-refundable

 

Items purchased at 40% off or more are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

 

Items will be refunded to the original form of payment.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including but not limited to any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.Â
