We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team and help create an exceptional shopping experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product selections, providing styling advice and product knowledge.

  • Process sales transactions quickly and accurately.

  • Maintain store appearance, ensuring products are well-organized and visually appealing.

  • Keep up to date with new arrivals and sales promotions.

  • Help manage inventory and restock products as needed.

  • Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with customers.

  • Contribute to team sales goals and store success.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

  • A passion for fashion and retail, with a keen eye for trends.

  • Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

  • Flexibility with hours, including weekends and evenings.

  • Self-motivated and reliable.

Boutique for fashionable women with the intention of celebrating women of all shapes and sizes.

Calendula bring you a curated collection of sought-after brands and trend focused pieces from around the globe, as well as core classics that are anything but basic.

Her goal is to be a part of your wardrobe, whether it be a complete style, head to toe, or one fantastic piece that completes your outfit. Inspired by her love for fashion and her desire to provide a unique and pleasurable shopping experience

for women, she started introduced her dot-com shopping to fulfill the hopping
needs of phenomenal women everywhere while still on active duty in the U. S.

Navy. Upon retiring, she opened her brick and mortar location in Jacksonville, FL.

My desire is to create an intimate in-store shopping experience, where the
