SHIPPING POLICY
We utilize USPS and UPS for all our shipping needs. There is a flat $10 shipping and handling tee. All orders are typically shipped within 2 business days following the transaction.Â
 Please note orders will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package.
Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.
All orders over $150 receive FREE SHIPPING.
Red Velvet Boutique accepts returns for exchange or refund on full priced items within 10 days of receipt. Please include your invoice. All garments must be unworn and in perfect condition. All original tags must be attached. All footwear must be unworn and returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.
Items will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Special Orders , Final Sale, Jewelry, and Handbags are not returnable. All special orders require 50% deposit.
- Merchandise discounted up to 39% off may be returned within 10 business days of receipt for a full refund.
- Items purchased at 40% off or more are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable and non-refundable.Â
In the event you decide to return any merchandise you are free to mail it via the carrier of your choice or for your convenience Red Velvet Boutique can email you a return label. The cost of shipping will be SUBTRACTED from the merchandise refund total. Send return label requests via email to:
